LittleBigPlanet, better known as the unsuspectingly surprise saviour for Sony's insufferable PS3, is stretching that messianic muscle to the equally much-maligned PSP.
Salvation is upon us.
Sony sure wasted no time after the big announcement that was the PSP Go to make the other big announcement back in the E3 earlier this year that is:
LittleBigPlanet is coming to PSP.
The multi-gaming award-winning PS3-exclusive behemoth is coming to PSP. Developed by Media Molecule and much-touted as the unexpected messiah to the PS3, LittleBigPlanet had went on to receive overwhelmingly universal praise from gamers and critics alike, for its unique graphics, gameplay physics and presentation. The crown jewel of them all, would be the unlimited potential for the player generated contents available online for all.
The common question now would be, how bad does it suffer from the port from PS3 to PSP? On an extraordinarily peculiar note, it does not. From all sources and previews, it seems that Media Molecule, working with SCE Studio Cambridge on the port, has made it a point to ensure the original PS3 experience maintained for here as well. Level creation and sharing will indeed work, one way or the other in PSP as well. That said, the load time does get agonizingly long though understandably so.
Nevertheless for the PSP enthusiast, this is one title that you can, by all means, put down in your must-have-list.
